Terms and Conditions

For orders placed on this site

  • Products are not for resell.
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
  • All orders must be prepaid.
  • Regional GST/HST applies in Canada.
  • Tax, tariff and duty are customers’ responsibility.
  • It is customers’ responsibility to comply with residing country’s import regulation.
  • For standard shipment, allow 1 to 2 weeks for shipment within Canada and US, and 4 to 6 weeks to other locations.  This is only for general reference.  We do not guarantee shipping time.
  • Express Shipping may not be available for your shipping address.  Please contact us before placing your order.
  • Customers understand that delivery time may vary depending on postal situation, seasonal effect, weather condition and delivery option chosen.
  • It is customers’ responsibility to arrange receipt or pickup of order at ship-to address or local postal outlet.
  • We ship to Canada, USA and most places around the world.  Please contact us if you are unsure.
  • We provide shipment tracking made available by Canada Post or other shipping company that we use.
  • Lost shipping is covered by insurance and will be replaced after confirmation is received from shipping agent.
  • In order to protect our clients, we do not resell returned shipment. i.e. undeliverable product returned to our office will not be put on the shelves again.
  • Once a package is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • We reserve the right to decline shipping to certain countries.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Order cancellation is accepted ONLY IF we received it by email within 24 hours of your order placement.
  • For order cancellation, customer must include in the email
    • the order’s confirmation number
    • contact name
    • contact phone number
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Refund will only be made to order placed on this website, provided all other cancellation criteria are met.

Exchange Policy

  • Once packaging is opened, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Products damaged during shipping may be eligible for an exchange.  In which case, please do not open the package and contact us as soon as possible.
  • If you are asked to return the product for exchange, please make sure you include all original packaging.
  • Exchange will only be made to order placed on this website, provided all other exchange criteria are met.
  • Customers must pay for shipping cost of exchange or returned products.
  • Should you have any question regarding our refund policy please contact us.

Security Policy

Access to customer information is password protected. Our staff will not ask you for your password. In case you forget your password, you can get it via email by using “Lost Your Password” page. Do not give or share your password with anyone else.
